Bagels, Lox, and Cream Cheese with Garlic Scape Relish

No recipe needed – just look at the photo. I toasted my bagel. The garlic scape relish was better than capers with the smoked salmon. In my opinion, the side pickle is obligatory! (a sour kosher dill)
